TRAINING THE TRAINORS AT BUKIDNON
MANOLO FORTICH BUKIDNON—Not to be left behind by their Luzon and Visayas counterparts, the Mindanao contingent of selected business center leaders and trainors from Oroquieta, Gensan, Kidapawan, Zamboanga, Cagayan De Oro and Davao Cities trekked to the city of Friendship and eventually converged in a tranquil but lively mountain resort, The Montegelo Farms, last Thursday to Saturday (July 5-17). Amidst the relaxing flow of the rushing waters from the nearby stream, the intermittent rustle of cool winds against the thick forest foliage, and the rhythmic alternation of bird chirps and cricket croons, the curious and yet excited squads learned and drilled on the rudiments of the Trigo Duplication System.
Halfway to the completion of the program most already wished to be headed home to run the System at once. The Chairman and Dir Sarigumba managed to hold their horses and finish the seminar to achieve another milestone by forming and cementing a strong Mindanao team. Armed with the certainty produced by learning and being able to run the System, everyone in the group committed to show their Luzon and Visayas counterparts that the Mindanao leaders and business centers are a force to reckon with and cannot be relegated to the sidelines. They vowed to “conquer” Mindanao and become the most dominant company in it.
