His Eminence Gaudencio Cardinal Rosales Blesses Trigo World Starmall Headquarters
MANDALUYONG CITY — On an auspicious and glorious day of August 22, 2009 a holy man descended on Trigo World’s main office to bless it and to pray for God’s Reign to pour over it. No less than the good Cardinal Rosales himself of the Archdiocese of Manila braved the Saturday mid-day traffic to dedicate this office to God’s greater glory and to the countless Trigo World members and their families. Gamely gracing the occassion was the young and lovely daughter of Senator Manny Villar, Ms. Camille Villar. Her youth, beauty and promise provided a fitting but unintended metaphor for Trigo World. In attendance too were hundreds of top leaders, associates, partners, and sponsors of Trigo World, who could not all be accomodated in the superbly elegant and functional office during the rites. And to give everyone the awaited chance to celebrate the milestone an Inaugural party was held immediately after in the spacious Starmall Trade Hall, where a whole roast calf and several roast pigs were the center pieces of the sumptuous feast. To cap the unforgetable day a bacchanalian feast spontaeneously broke into the inner and private chambers of the headquarters among top leaders who could no longer contain their exitement and gladness about this wondrous day.
